Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, we can help you out with that. Please DM us @chitowntshirts to let us know the problem and send your shirt(s), addressed to Allographic Tees (our parent company), back to either:

All returns and exchanges must be returned to us in their original condition, unworn and *unwashed. Please include the original receipt if possible. If you are exchanging the item, please include a note explaining which item and size you would like instead. Returns & exchanges can be made up to 30 days after the purchase date. 

We do not refund shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival, or if there was a shipping error. *Note: You may notice a vinegar scent and/or some discoloration on the fabric of your new t-shirt. Don't worry, this is common and is caused by the pretreatment used in the printing process. A wash should take care of both, but if not, send us an email!

Please allow 7 days for us to process the exchange or return. If there is an issue that will delay the process past 7 days, we'll send you an email.
